On Yom HaShoah, thousands of Jews and non-Jews, from countries all around the world, will share in a once-in-a-lifetime experience when they march the 3-kilometers from Auschwitz to Birkenau, the largest concentration camp complex built by the Nazis during World War II. The March commemorates Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Jr. Weight Training Program

Build Strength. Build Confidence. Train Smart.

Our Jr. Weight Training Program is designed to introduce young athletes, ages 12-15, to the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Led by a certified trainer, this program focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, and building a strong foundation for lifelong fitness.

What to Expect:

  • Work with a Certified Trainer – Learn the fundamentals of weight training from an experienced coach who will guide you through each step of the process.
  • Know the Rules – Get familiar with the fitness center's rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful training environment.
  • Initial Assessment – Your trainer will take you through a series of movements using minimal weight to evaluate form, range of motion (ROM), and overall movement safety.
  • Machine Introduction – Visit key strength-training machines to assess form, understand proper usage, and ensure safe operation.
  • Progress with Confidence – By the end of the program, participants will have a solid understanding of weight training safety, mechanics, and best practices, preparing them to train responsibly and effectively.

This program is perfect for young athletes looking to start their strength training journey with expert guidance and a focus on safe, smart progression. 💪
