Now in its 6th sensational season, Dancing with the JCC Stars has become a beloved tradition. With over 40 past participants having graced the stage, this year’s cast is ready to carry the legacy forward—and dance their hearts out for a cause that truly matters.

Inspired by the hit TV show Dancing with the Stars, this unforgettable evening pairs members of our community with professional dancers from Arthur Murray Dance Studio – Green Brook. They’ve been training, rehearsing, and perfecting their routines and now it’s time to shine.

Why is supporting the JCC Sustainability Fund important to you? Giving back to a community that means a lot to me and supported me when I was going through a difficult moment in life.

What’s one surprising fact people may not know about you? I played the lead role of Cossette in Les Miserables in my senior year of HS musical.
Why did you say yes to dancing in this event? Because I’m combining my love for the performing arts and my love for the JCC in one special evening.
Why is supporting the JCC Sustainability Fund important to you? The JCC quickly became my family’s home away from home and I want to ensure that all families in the community continue to enjoy all that the J has to offer now and in the future.
If you could dance with any celebrity, who would it be? No question, Patrick Swayze…nobody puts baby in the corner.

Connection to the JCC: Member since 2010 and actively involved in many JCC activities, including serving on the Golf & Tennis Outing Committee.
How would you describe your dance ability in 3 words? Enthusiastic, energetic, and expressive.
What’s your signature move? I’d love to spin and dip my partner—classic, dramatic, and always a crowd-pleaser!
What song always gets you on the dance floor? Too many to list! But if I had to name a few: Shout, Land of 1000 Dances, and Keep It Comin' Love. If the beat’s right, I’m moving!
What’s one surprising fact people may not know about you? I was once bitten by a scorpion that had stowed away in my toilet kit, hitching a ride all the way back to Bridgewater. I reached in, and surprise! Definitely not your average travel souvenir.
Why did you say yes to dancing in this event? Because it’s a chance to give back to a community that’s given me so much, the JCC has been a meaningful part of my life for years, and this event blends fun, connection, and purpose in a way that’s hard to resist.
Why is supporting the JCC Sustainability Fund important to you? The JCC isn’t just a building—it’s a living, breathing hub of community, culture, and care. Supporting the Sustainability Fund ensures that future generations can enjoy the same vibrant experiences and programs that have meant so much to me and so many others.
If you could dance with any celebrity, who would it be? Jennifer Lopez—especially in a moment inspired by Shall We Dance. She’s got elegance, rhythm, and that perfect mix of grace and fire.
