Small Group Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Try our combo class using light weight Kettlebells to enhance your calorie torching fitness!

Using boxing bags and your body, you’ll punch, kick and cardio your way to fighter fit. (Boxing gloves provided)

Equipment in this designated area is used to create variety and challenge to any workout routine. FitGound is closed during the inclement winter months.

Sunday: 7:00am-8:00pm (Memorial to Labor Day 7:00am-5:30pm)

Train with one, two, or three of your closest friends or family members. This small group training offers a discount in Personal Training fees, while adding the comfort of having someone workout with you. Buddy Training is done in the fitness center, circuit style. Sessions can be done with any trainer.

10 one-hour OR 20 hour-hour sessions for $350 per person. A minimum of two people is needed to use this discounted package.

A form of endurance training that targets different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that fatigues your muscular strength and endurance while enhancing your cardiorespiratory health.
