Grab a partner and tag-team your way through a Father’s Day workout built on camaraderie, competition, and classic “dad strength.” This partner-based event features 7 stations designed to test teamwork, endurance, and just enough grit to keep things interesting.
Each pair will move through the stations together, completing challenges based on time or distance. The final station brings it all home with a timed, distance-based showdown. Will your team come out on top?
Waves begin every 15 minutes, so sign up, show up, and bring your best. Open to members and their father-figures. All fitness levels welcome. Ages 16 and up.
