The Murph Challenge is more than a workout. It is a test of grit, a moment of remembrance, and a powerful way to move together as a community.
Join us this Memorial Day weekend for the Murph Challenge at the JCC. Inspired by Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, this iconic workout includes a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run. The workout can be scaled or completed in teams so everyone can participate.
Whether you take on the full challenge or modify it to meet your level, Murph is about showing up, pushing yourself, and honoring those who gave everything. Expect a supportive atmosphere, strong encouragement, and a sense of shared purpose from start to finish.
Come sweat for something bigger than yourself.
- 1 or 1/2 Mile Run
