Taste Like Home: Baking for a Cause
Details
All ages welcome and families are encouraged to join us in Basking Ridge for a heartwarming and meaningful baking program where we come together to honor and remember. This special event will feature baking recipes from the Tastes Like Home website, a collection of recipes by cherished by Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
Participants will have the opportunity to bake a selection of these beloved dishes, each recipe telling a story of resilience and hope. The baked goods created during the event will be served at the October 7 commemoration ceremony, adding a personal touch to a day of remembrance and solidarity.
Whether you're an experienced baker or just looking to lend a hand, this program is a chance to connect with your community, support a significant cause, and enjoy the warmth of sharing a meal with others. Come be part of this special occasion and help us make a meaningful difference through the power of baking.
