Join us for a team circuit workout to honor and remember the lives lost and the bravery of first responders from September 11, 2001.

Let's come together to sweat, remember, and pay tribute.
Cycle through the list of cardio and ab exercises together for this team circuit: (4 rounds total: 9 reps, 11 reps, 9 reps, 11 reps)
- Skaters (each side)
- Lunges
- Burpees with Push Up
- Leg raises
- Jumping Jacks
- Hip Rock and Raise
- Squat Jumps
- Plank Should Taps (each side)
- Butt Kickers (each side)
- Sumo Squat with elbow-to-knee (each side)
- Plank Jacks
