JCC Bridgewater Tide
The JCC Bridgewater TIDE Swim Team is Somerset County’s premier competitive swim program, proudly affiliated with USA Swimming. We provide high-quality coaching and training for swimmers of all ages and abilities—from those new to competition to seasoned athletes looking to reach the next level.
The TIDE program serves as the home for all JCC competitive swim teams, including the year-round JCC Bridgewater TIDE (BWTD) and the JCC Bridgewater Summer TIDE. Together, these programs help swimmers build confidence, improve technique, and develop a lifelong love of the sport.
