Handbag Bingo - February 26
Bridgewater, NJ – The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Bridgewater will be hosting Designer Handbag Bingo on Monday, February 26. The event will be held at the JCC, 775 Talamini Road in Bridgewater and is open to the community. Doors will open at 6:00 pm and Bingo play begins at 7:00 pm. All proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit JCC Special Needs programs and services for children and adults.
The evening will feature 10 rounds of play and players will have the opportunity to win designer handbags with a value up to $500, and include Tony Burch, Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors and more. The admission fee is $30/person in advance or $35 per person at the door. The evening will also include a Tricky Tray, offering a variety of gifts and gift certificates. The JCC offers a variety of special needs programs including The J-Zone Respite Program for elementary age children ages 5-16, J-Cares Adult Intern Program, J-Connect Social Programs for Adults, Adaptive Aquatics Skills Program and the Rising Tide Special Olympics Swim Team. The JCC Blaustein Early Childhood Center, JCC Camp Ruach and J-Crew After School Program work with families with children with special needs. The JCC offers adjusted schedules and one-on-one assistance. The Adler Aphasia Center Support Groups also meet at the JCC.
