Fitness
Center features cardiovascular equipment including PRECOR
Treadmills, Stairclimbers, Recumbent & Upright Bicycles
and PRECOR Elliptical Cross-trainers. The strength training
circuit features a variety of CYBEX equipment which tones
all the major muscles groups in your body.
J-Spin:
:Our state-of-the-art Keiser M3 Bikes make spinning ideal.
Once you try these bikes, you won't go back to the traditional
Spinner Bikes. We've added an early morning 8-8:45 am Sunday
Class to our Group Fitness Line-up. More bikes, More classes,
at convenient times. Why not give our spin classes a whirl?
