Statement: Our Fitness Mission is to improve quality of life by
creatively helping members achieve greater health and wellness.
The
JCC offers a state-of-the-art Fitness Studio that utilizes
a floating wood floor to minimize impact to the body while
performing Group Fitness Exercise. Our Keiser M3 Magnetic
Spin Bikes are the new innovative way to burn large amounts
of calories while drastically improving your cardiovascular system.
Our
large variety of Group Fitness Exercise includes: Zumba,
Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Sculpting, Kickboxing,
Circuit Training, Core Strengthening, Boot Camps
and more.

ways to tone, shape, and lose unwanted weight
Try
our Selectorized Cybex weight equipment. We have Ellipticals,
Adaptive Motion Trainers, Upright & Recumbent Bikes
and Treadmills, which feature a floating deck. Try our
cable based and free weight equipment. Meet with
our Certified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your
fitness goals.
The
JCC also has an Aquatic Fitness program. Classes are held
in our beautiful “salt water” indoor pool. Fitness
Classes are designed for all ages and all fitness levels in both
deep and shallow water.
Our Silver and Fit Senior Program (62+) offers Land and
Water Fitness Classes to help seniors enhance flexibility and
keep muscle tone.
Our
Kidz/Teen Fitness Program will help improve their coordination,
balance, flexibility and educate them in correct diet, supplementation
and exercise. Tuesday’s Boot Camp focuses on Speed and Agility:
Wednesday’s Boot camp focuses on cardiovascular endurance
utilizing our Spin bikes, along with a flexibility component via
Yoga poses and stretches.
