ATTENTION MEN- Not a Group Fitness type a guy? Then this is for you! Aviv will help you Lose inches, Get Toned and Increase your Cardio Vascular output. This equates to a more healthy and better looking YOU! This workout is geared for all fitness levels- Ages 13-100!
Small Group Training gives you the personal training touch. Get rid of the extra weight, focus on becoming lean and see how good it will feel.
- $100(M), $120(NM) for a 4 week session that meets twice a week.
If you have been looking for a high intensity 30 minute workout you have found it! Sign up for 1 month at a time or purchase a 3 month package and save! One time per month, participate in a 45 minute personal training session which will include instruction for a 30 minute workout that you can continue on your own for the entire month. Come back the next month and the intensity level will jump to the next stage and will promote rapid improvement. All sessions are scheduled with Jay.

A indoor cycling class which is geared to give you a great cardio workout, while strengthening and toning the lower body. We now have 14 spaces available for our spin classes! Please sign up with the front/control desk prior to class and receive a boarding pass. We also offer one-hour J-spin for more “experienced” riders.
This class is split into two-30 minute sections; 30 minutes spent indoor cycling and then 30 minutes for sculpting the body using body bars, free weights and balls. All fitness levels welcome. A great class for the “beginner” rider. This class is free to all JCC Members. Please note class starts in Spin Room then moves to the Fitness Studio.

LesMills BodyCombat(1 hr) and BodyCombat Express(45 minutes)
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Les Mills BodyCombat EXPRESS is a shortened version (45 minutes) of our BodyCombat class.
Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
Take two of our hottest classes and combine to make one full packed hour of exercise. First start off with CXWORX in our multipurpose room for 30minutes of core strengthening…then take it to our spin room for 30minutes of cardio. This class has a limit of 14 participants for the spin portion (10-10:30am). Please make sure you get your “ticket to ride” prior to the start of class at our front office.
Long and Lean
A wonderful mix of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. This 50 minute class is for all fitness levels. It will strengthen your “core”, promote lean muscles, and help mental focus.
Mat Pilates 1
This hour long mat workout class is based on the principals of Joseph Pilates. The gentle moves are geared toward strengthening the “core” muscles of the body’s weight for resistance. Special attention is directed toward form, strength, stretch and balance. All levels welcome.
Mat Pilates 2
Advance Mat Pilates movements are performed with the use of exercise balls, pilate rings, and more. Intermediate to advanced level.
Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing from Thailand known as the art of eight limbs- using hands, feet, elbows, and knees as weapons. Join Jay for this great beginner class which will give the participant offensive and defensive striking techniques and for overall fitness conditioning.
This intermediate level Aquatic Fitness Class uses foam dumbbells, noodles, webbed gloves and paddles for extra resistance in both shallow and deep ends of the pool. This class is for the experienced aquatic fitness participant. Class length is one hour.
New to our Aquatic line up. This class is an upbeat and vigorous workout using foam barbells in the safe environment of water!

Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Relaxation(Beginner level)
Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.
Yoga and Core: (Intermediate/Advanced level)
This advanced yoga fitness class increases muscular endurance, flexibility, improves muscle tone, relieves stress and mentally strengthens an individual. Prior knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful.
Zumba and Aqua Zumba
Exercise your way on land or water to the Latin beat.
