Drumbellz, Barre, and more!

The best way to describe them is to say that the exercises are designed to open up your shoulders improve your posture coordination and balance and to work your core.  There are so many many to use them. They will also sculpt your shoulders. 


Spinning howard-spin-image
A indoor cycling class which is geared to give you a great cardio workout, while strengthening and toning the lower body. We now have 14 spaces available for our spin classes! Please sign up with the front/control desk prior to class and receive a boarding pass. We also offer one-hour J-spin for more “experienced” riders.


LesMills BodyPump

BODYPUMP™ is designed to transform your body by developing strength and endurance in major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories and tone your body.  BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.


LesMills BodyCombat(1 hr) and BodyCombat Express(45 minutes)
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Les Mills BodyCombat EXPRESS is a shortened version (45 minutes) of our BodyCombat class.


Les Mills BodyVive and Sliver Vive

The newest edition to our LesMills line-up is a one hour Cross Training Les Mills Group Fitness Class where you work cardio, strength and more. For all fitness levels and all intensity levels. See Schedule for class slots offered.

Silver Vive- for beginners in fitness and active seniors- it is a 45 minute version of BodyVive with simpler moves and no floor work. 


LesMills CX Worx 

Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.


Spin-Core-Stretch

Take two of our hottest classes and combine to make one full packed hour of exercise. First start off with CXWORX in our multipurpose room for 30minutes of core strengthening…then take it to our spin room for 30minutes of cardio. This class has a limit of 14 participants for the spin portion (10-10:30am). Please make sure you get your “ticket to ride” prior to the start of class at our front office. 


Long and Lean
A wonderful mix of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. This 50 minute class is for all fitness levels. It will strengthen your “core”, promote lean muscles, and help mental focus.


Mat Pilates 1
This hour long mat workout class is based on the principals of Joseph Pilates. The gentle moves are geared toward strengthening the “core” muscles of the body’s weight for resistance. Special attention is directed toward form, strength, stretch and balance. All levels welcome.


Mat Pilates 2

Advance Mat Pilates movements are performed with the use of exercise balls, pilate rings, and more. Intermediate to advanced level.


Mauy Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing from Thailand known as the art of eight limbs- using hands, feet, elbows, and knees as weapons. Join Jay for this great beginner class which will give the participant offensive and defensive striking techniques and for overall fitness conditioning.


Wet-n-Fit

This intermediate level Aquatic Fitness Class uses foam dumbbells, noodles, webbed gloves and paddles for extra resistance in both shallow and deep ends of the pool. This class is for the experienced aquatic fitness participant. Class length is one hour.


Water Aerobics
An energetic one-hour aquatic class performed in shallow water. This class is geared for all levels.


Water Pump

New to our Aquatic line up. This class is an upbeat and vigorous workout using foam barbells in the safe environment of water! 
For All Fitness Levels 


Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Relaxation(Beginner level)
Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.


Yoga and Core: (Intermediate/Advanced level)
This advanced yoga fitness class increases muscular endurance, flexibility, improves muscle tone, relieves stress and mentally strengthens an individual. Prior knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful.


Zumba and Aqua Zumba
Exercise your way on land or water to the Latin beat.
The JCC offers a variety of Zumba classes….Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold and “original” Zumba. Exercise your way on land or water to the Latin beat. Burn calories through fun moves and great energetic music. For all fitness levels and all ages.


Small Group Training(Max 8 per class) 

NEW! P90X Remix Classes Opened only to the Veterans of P90X Sessions 1,2 and 3.     

18 weeks – Mondays and Fridays 7:30-8:10am and Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30-8:10pm- one flat fee of $90 dollars for Spring/Summer Session (unlimited classes).


Small Group Aquatic Coaching with Max, Laura and Pam

New to fitness? Nursing an injury? Need the therapeutic qualities of warm water? Then Aquatic Coaching is what you are looking for. Our certified instructors and trainers can demonstrate personalized exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals. Coaching can be done privately (5 sessions for  $250) or Buddy Style – 10 sessions for $300/per person. 

New! Buddy Personal Training

Train with one, two, or three of your closest friends or family members. This small group training offers a discount in Personal Training fees, while adding the comfort of having someone workout with you. Buddy Training is done in the fitness center, circuit style. Sessions can be done with any trainer.  10 Sessions for $300 per person.


Chair Pilates for Seniors

A great class for seniors who cannot work out on the floor. Join Bonnie once a week for stretching, strengthening, and enhancing core and balance while sitting on a chair. Class Meets Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm. (18 weeks Spring/Summer) $90 (M). That’s $5/class. Must buy package.


Gladiator Work Out with Aviv

Prepare for the next 5k, 10k Spartan Run, Tough Mudder or any other fitness event. Aviv will vary all workouts to increase your cardio ability, while enhancing your strength and stamina.  Class meets every Monday and Wednesday night 8:30-9:30pm. (18 weeks-Spring/Summer) cost: $235(M) for two classes per week.


NEW! Long and Lean Small Group Training with Jill

Love the class? Want more individualized attention to ensure all moves are correct in form, and have Jill push you to your full potential? Then this is for you! Maximum Participate should not exceed four. 10 Sessions for $300 per person.  Meeting Times to be decided between instructor and group.


MMA with Jay

Develop great power, strength and core stabilization through kicks, punches, and martial arts combat moves. Classes are co-ed and/or all women. Workouts can be done privately or in small groups. (18 Weeks-Spring/Summer Sessions) Class meets Tuesdays at 12 noon, and Wednesdays at 3pm cost $10/class (M) or $60 per month. 


Outdoor Bootcamp

Enjoy working out in the great outdoors! This workout is a great cross training routine to add to any workout or be a workout in itself. This class can be done privately or in a small group. Times are decided between training and participant(s).

Classes are also weather permitting, and will be re-scheduled in the event of poor weather conditions outside. Can be done privately (5 sessions $250) or in small groups not to exceed four participants (10 sessions for $300 per person).


Senior Functional Strength and Balance with either Shari or Laura

This class helps seniors enhance core stability, bone density, and balance.

Can be done privately (2 Sessions for $90) or in a small group, not to exceed four (10 Sessions for $300 per person)


Spin Training

Spinning is great for the athlete who wants to push higher cardio training while developing lower body strength. Spinning is great for the “average” fitness warrior who wants to burn more calories and toning benefits to their workout routines. Finally, Spinning is great to those new to fitness or in rehab for an injury.  One-on-one spinning allows the instructor to access your level of fitness and push you to achieve YOUR fitness goals under careful watch.

Can be done privately (5 sessions $250) or in small groups not to exceed four participants (10 sessions for $300 per person). Appointments to be scheduled between Client and Trainer.


Weekend Warrior with Robert

Does your work schedule get in the way of you working out? Can only fit short bouts of working out in the early morning or late at night around you work schedule…wanting more? Well here you go. Weekend Warrior is a fitness class that runs Saturdays and Sundays. Can be done privately (5 sessions $250) or in small groups not to exceed four participants (10 sessions for $300 per person). Times are decided between training and participant(s).
