Cardio Circuit
Join Jay for a Hi/Lo cardiovascular endurance class. “Blast” your body into shape by using various Speed and Agility Moves, combined with sports conditioning exercises. This class is designed for all fitness levels and can be modified for any injury.

J-Spin
A indoor cycling class which is geared to give you a great cardio workout, while strengthening and toning the lower body. We now have 14 spaces available for our spin classes! Please sign up with the front/control desk prior to class and receive a boarding pass. We also offer one-hour J-spin for more “experienced” riders.

This class is split into two-30 minute sections; 30 minutes spent indoor cycling and then 30 minutes for sculpting the body using body bars, free weights and balls. All fitness levels welcome. A great class for the “beginner” rider. This class is free to all JCC Members. Please note class starts in Spin Room then moves to the Fitness Studio.

LesMills BodyPump
A 55-minute toning & conditioning class with weights for everyone. Great Music, Great Choreography, Great Fun with Results. All Fitness Levels Welcome. Selective Time slots are Free to all Members.

LesMills BodyCombat(1 hr) and BodyCombat Express(45 minutes)
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. For All Fitness Levels.

Long and Lean
A wonderful mix of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. This 50 minute class is for all fitness levels. It will strengthen your “core”, promote lean muscles, and help mental focus.

Mat Pilates 1
This hour long mat workout class is based on the principals of Joseph Pilates. The gentle moves are geared toward strengthening the “core” muscles of the body’s weight for resistance. Special attention is directed toward form, strength, stretch and balance. All levels welcome.

Mat Pilates 2
Advance Mat Pilates movements are performed with the use of exercise balls, pilate rings, and more. Intermediate to advanced level.
- Friday, 8:15-9:15 am Beginner/Intermediate
This intermediate level Aquatic Fitness Class uses foam dumbbells, noodles, webbed gloves and paddles for extra resistance in both shallow and deep ends of the pool. This class is for the experienced aquatic fitness participant. Class length is one hour.

Water Aerobics
An energetic one-hour aquatic class performed in shallow water. This class is geared for all levels.

Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Relaxation(Beginner level)
Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.

Yoga and Core: (Intermediate/Advanced level)
This advanced yoga fitness class increases muscular endurance, flexibility, improves muscle tone, relieves stress and mentally strengthens an individual. Prior knowledge of Yoga poses is helpful.
- Monday, 7:45-8:45 pm
Zumba and Aqua Zumba
Latin fitness dancing. Dance your way to great health. This 50 minute class has movements to help you burn calories and tone your body. No experience required.
