Baby Yoga
Tuesdays (9:15 - 9:45 AM); 8 weeks
New at our JCC - Baby Yoga. This eight week program focuses on Parent and Baby, working together to create a better bond and perfect harmony together. Yoga practiced regularly helps children become aware of themselves inside and out. It’s never too early to start living a healthy lifestyle in our stressful world.

Creative Theatre
Tuesdays, 3:30 – 4:00 PM
This class is designed to build imagination and self confidence, as well as extend vocal and physical skills through the use of improvisation exercises, scenes and stories. Creative Theatre is for children 3-5 years old. Each class will include dramatic play, story enactment, imagination journeys, theatre games, music, and dance. One of the most special things about creative theatre is that there are no “wrong” answers - through pretending, animals can talk, kids can travel to outer space or the jungle, and the sky can be green while the grass is blue.
INSTRUCTOR: Kelsea-Janenne Kaplan – grew up in Texas studying all forms of dance at her mother’s studio. She has performed with several ballet companies, off-Broadway, in regional theater productions and was a member of a Musical Theatre Company that toured the U.S.

Somerville Martial Arts Academy

Kiddie Soccer
Fridays, 3:15 – 4:00 PM
Kiddie Soccer is coming to the JCC! Join us for this exciting, new program. Kiddie Soccer stresses fun, participation, safety and socialization for preschool children. Our Kiddie Soccer program gives pre-school aged children a basic exposure to simple soccer skills in a noncompetitive environment. Everything that is done is based around your child having fun. Soccer skills are taught through child friendly games and activities.
Kiddie Soccer is a 45 minute program taught by coaches from the Kiddie Soccer Program. The coaches are chosen for their knowledge of the game and their ability to work with young children. Please note that children must be toilet trained to attend.
