Third Round of the Greatest JFIT Kick-Start Program
- Monday, October 17 - Friday November 11
- Fee: $35/Star | $50/Basic
The Biggest Loser consists of 30 training days and 2 days of weigh in/weigh out. Teams will battle for the group to lose the most combined total body inches and weight. Participants must commit to the time slots of their coaches and must attend all 8 small group trainings. In addition, participants must take 3-4 group fitness classes to supplement their weekly workout. Food journaling is highly suggested, but not mandatory this round. Teams will communicate via text, e-mails or social media to build camaraderie.
