Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is an experience of deep relaxation while remaining alert. It is an effortless practice where you are invited to lie on your back, relax and follow my guidance as I take you on a journey. You will be led into complete relaxation – Physically, Mentally and Emotionally
Yoga Nidra has been found to have many benefits including:
