Good Morning. It's cold, icy and rainy outside but we have something to warm you up on the inside. During the past few months the staff here at the JCC has been working hard to make your experience here at the JCC easier.
To begin with, we have converted our website to a responsive design. If you don't know what that means, it means the website automatically resizes itself depending on what device you are viewing it on. For example, if you take a moment to look at the website on your smartphone, you will see something resembling the picture to the right.
Basically, a responsive design makes it easier to view our website on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. We hope this comes in handy when you are sitting in the lobby looking at all the great activities happening at the JCC.
You may have already heard about the second major change that officially went live this morning. We call it "the Hub"
The Hub is our new online membership/registration portal. This is great news! Now the majority of our programs are available for online registration. Need to register for a swim class? No problem! You can just jump over to "the Hub" and find your class. All the program details are there for you to see, along with available spots in that program. Calling or stopping in the office to see if a program is available is no longer required, although we are always happy to assist you in person or over the phone.
Registering for programs is not all you can do via "the Hub". You can also check your payment history, print receipts (comes in handy for child care reimbursements) and make donations. We will be rolling out more features soon, so stay tuned.
You can do all of this from the comfort of your couch and that brings me to the next point about "the Hub". Not only is "the Hub" mobile accessible, there is a FREE app for it and you can download it from iTunes or Google Play Store today. Just tap the buttons below.
