JCC Bridgewater Tide swim team The JCC Bridgewater Tide Swim Team is a premier Central New Jersey Aquatics Club, located at the JCC in Bridgewater, NJ. The JCC Bridgewater Tide swim team offers high-level development for all age groups, as well as competition in USA Swimming, and in the NJ-JCC Swim League.

Bridgewater Tide Spring Stroke Clinic

• 6-8 years old: 5:30 - 6:15 PM
• 9-10 years old: 6:15 - 7:00 PM
• 11-18 years old: 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Learn professional tips and have your strokes analyzed by the coaching staff of the Bridgewater Tide. This is a five-week intensive stroke clinic with each week dedicated to the development of proper technique and efficiency in one of four competitive strokes. The final week is dedicated exclusively to starts and turns. Attend as many or as few nights as you like.

Prerequisite: All swimmers are expected to have at least basic knowledge of the four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly).

The Elite Team at the JCC is the most advanced practice affiliate of the Tide. Swimmers are selected to Elite by invitation from the JCC Bridgewater Tide coaching staff. Selection is based on many criteria including: drive, discipline, focus, skill, talent and speed. Training and stroke instruction coaching will be provided by coach Craig Bostwick. The goals of the program will be to increase conditioning, introduce swimmers to Elite training practices and increase bio-mechanic efficiency. Spring training will focus on conditioning and technique. If you are interested in Elite Spring Training please contact Coach Craig ASAP, as space is extremely limited. Admission to Elite requires a personal consultation with Coach Craig.

Competitive Swim Instruction

Ages 6 and Up

Our championship winning Bridgewater Tide swim team coaches are available for one on one competitive private swim instruction. Coaches are certified through the American Swim Coaches Association. They bring a wealth of information, knowledge, and enthusiasm to their lessons and are looking to help you or your child to swim not only their fastest, but their best. Stroke work, starts and turns, and biomechanical efficiency information are all available!
