Why Group Fitness?
We all know that we should work out at least 3 to 4 times a week. Those who are new to fitness gravitate towards the fitness center. Here both cardio and strength can be worked on with minimum exposure to the other members. They feel apprehensive, in their new endeavor to get healthier, lose weight, and reverse the effects of gravity and aging.
